Our founder, Ronald Pifer, has a wide and varied background in the following areas:

1. Mechanical Engineering Design – Manufacturing & Commercial Heating & Air Conditioning Design.
2. Environmental Impact Reports & Statements – conducting environmental research on a variety of projects in 11 different states, including mining, military, wastewater treatment, oil & gas development, and river and lake restorations.
3. Aquaculture Research & Development – Officer and Director of State-of-the-Art, Aquaculture Company, called Solar Aquafarms, Inc., with a patent for wastewater treatment and a patent for high-intensity growth of shrimp.
4. Teaching Science – Junior High, High School, and College, featuring the Biological Sciences & Ecology.
5. Environmental Products Company – featuring probiotic bacteria to treat water gardens, ponds, wastewater lagoons, and septic systems.
